How do I reset my password?

Which web browsers work best with our site?

The ideal web browsers to use are the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE).

Older versions of web browsers may have less than optimal performance. IE versions earlier than IE11 and any version of Opera are not supported and not recommended.

Survey Questions

Why is Bridgewater requiring me to complete surveys?

Bridgewater uses these surveys to get an initial understanding of your personality and preferences. It is one of many ways we get to know you in the application process.

How can I view my MBTI® results?

Bridgewater will store your Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) results once you complete the survey. If you'd like to view them, you need to complete the interactive session, which is designed to help you learn about personality types in general and about yours in particular. The session is optional and not required by Bridgewater.

I don't agree with my survey results. Can they be changed?

At this time, we do not allow you to retake any of the surveys to generate new results. However, on the Feedback page of the Candidate Portal you can provide direct feedback on whether you think the results you obtained paint an accurate picture of your personality and preferences.

What happens when I complete the surveys?

The surveys are the final step in the application submission process. Once you have completed them, our Recruiting team will review your entire package. If you are already in touch with Bridgewater, you will hear back from your contact. If you haven't yet engaged with Bridgewater, we will contact you if there is an opportunity.

How are my survey results kept secure?

Bridgewater is committed to preserving the confidentiality of all individually identifiable and proprietary information about our clients, potential clients, and employment candidates. Reasonable steps are taken to maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in order to protect your personal Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We will not sell or rent your personal and/or proprietary Data.

I don't have any more To-Dos. How will I know if more are added?

If you need to complete more To-Dos, you will receive an email notification informing you.
